Hello, hello - how are you? As you may have noticed, we updated the site a bit. Thanks Sue Barth and nSytes.com ... In the coming days we'll also have the merch section up and running. Included among the items will be the ever-popular APB pick necklaces. Talk about exciting!!!

Look in Sunday's Buffalo News for a story about yours truly, written by the debonair Jeff Miers. If you live outside the range of Buffalo's paper-slinging newsboysgirls, just look on www.buffalonews.com

I am almost finished producing Tom Naples' new CD Migration. I already knew he was a great friend and talented songwriter, but now I also know we work really well together. When it's all done I'll put links up here.

Just starting the production for the first CD release from John Kloberdanz. Another great songwriter, joined by Mike Rorick, Gray Howes, Ray Hangen, and Ben Clarke in the studio. I'm thrilled to be a part of it.

That's all for now; tell me if you like the website updates!

Thanks all,
ALISON

We are DONE recording!!! Will took it home to mix....my brother Damon will add backing vocals out there in Cali.... I'm pretty sure it sounds outstanding. Many big and cool things in the works. Just thought you'd want to know - Some of my peeps and handlers are telling me I have to twitter. God help me, I don't want to. Who the hell cares what everyone does on any given day? Nothing personal, but I don't care what you had for lunch, and you likewise probably don't care what I had for lunch. For now,I'll be twitterless. Amen.

good golly miss molly! holly christiano and i are enjoying a dreamy vacation in san diego, california.... tennis and the beach and the most hospitable living arrangements courtesy of my mother, dr. shari delisle.... last night my brother damon drove down from los angeles, city of angels, and the three of us (holly, bro,and i) formed a short-lived band. we named ourselves the PT Losers, in honor of our rented sweet-ass pt convertible cruiser. holly on drums, damon on gtr and vocs, me on bass and gtr and some singing. had our one and only gig at the surf n' saddle open mic in solana beach. we wrote two songs for the occasion, "Holly To The Rescue" and "Surfin' With Holly," and did some of our songs previously written, newly arranged. a good time was had by all. ....happy spring, beautiful things!

...it's almost memorial day, and it sure is beautiful here in buffalo, new york!! you may have noticed that our "upcoming shows" section has been a little, well, sparse....we've all been busy trying to answer to the man, make our way in this fast and careless world! patrick and his wife had a son, i just finished working on masters in english lit, gray and jim just got their vcr repair shop off the ground...nat and sheila were on a princess cruises boat; not on vacation, working as part of the dynamic trio "jack and two jills"....anyway, now we're all back together and ready for more action! at some upcoming shows you may notice that we have a different bass player (tyler) or a different backing vocalist (annie)....jim will be in europe for a lot of this summer, and sheila will be in europe - ireland, to be exact - for part of the summer too. thanks tyler and annie for joining us!! anyway, until next time, keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars! alison

thanks to everyone who has written and said cool things about the new website. don't forget we're playing at nietzsche's on friday night, along with free henry and our dear ol' friend pamela ryder. as many of you know, pamela now lives in austin, tx. before that she was buffalo's own gloss-wearin', pistol-packin', club-hoppin', jaw-droppin' chanteuse. not even sure what chanteuse means, but i think it's like a singer. anyway, she'll be playing at nietzsche's with the world famous alison pipitone band. free henry has played with us once before and they are super cool, talented guys. showtime is 10pm - cover charge is $7. see you after the sabres game, lads and lassies.

Well, guys and gals, we are back online....thanks to www.nSytes.com and Sue for the great work. I will be posting a blog every week or so and let you all know what" s going on. Saturday night we played at the Buffalo Convention Center for the Patty Parete fundraiser. For those of you who don"t know, she is a Buffalo police officer who was shot in the line of the duty in December 2006. She is in a rehab center in New Jersey, and we are keeping her in our thoughts and prayers. The event was beyond amazing; so much good energy; great and good people; plenty of food and beer beer beer. The Alison Pipitone Band just finished up our 6 month Friday night Happy Hour stint at the Sportsmen"s Tavern; so many friends and honkey tonk times this year! Thanks for that! I"m gonna start working on our summer schedule, so keep your eyes peeled (or is that pealed?) Peeled eyes sounds very painful. Any suggestions of where you"d like us to play this summer let me know - or email our booking address. Apparently you"re gonna be able to answer these blogs. Here"s a question for you all: what is easier to live without: beer or cheese? And what kind in particular is your favorite of each or both? Later alligators. Your faithful rock and roll star, Alison Pipitone

The Alison Pipitone Band is one of Buffalo NY & WNY's best original rock music bands from Buffalo and can be heard playing their music in and around the Buffalo NY & WNY areas. Check out their schedule page and join them for a night of fun and great entertainment!
